  1. Hi,
    I am very impressed by the implementation of your Bean Mass Probe! This seems to be the only way to gather bean mass temperature in the Gene roast chamber. Unfortunately this mod is beyond my skills…
    But since there is detailed temperature data available I have the idea of approximating the bean mass temperature from inlet and outlet temperature. Would it be possible to get some raw temperature and cycle data of your roasts, so I could try to analyse the correlation?

    1. Hi Moritz – I certainly have tons of data that I can share with you. Have you ever used the roasting software called Artisan? This is what I have been using for the past year or two and all of my log files are in the format that that software uses. It looks like it is JSON or somthing like that. Let me know if this is something that you can use and I will post some of the files.

        I also use Artisan so I can work with both logfiles and exports. Whatever format is more comfortable for you.
        In order to reduce the number of unknowns, could you maybe post a set of similar roasts: same bean, same environmental temperature, etc.?
